The college aims to be known for habilitating specialists and professionals combining knowledge and basic skills that enable them to contributive to and competitive in the labor market. It also strives to become a prominent center of training and scientific research that responds to the needs and developments of the finance and business sector.

Hence, the college has established a thorough plan to design a program that meets the requirements of the labor market. In fact, it has opened the banking department providing service for an important wide section- the banking section. It has equally opened the insurance and risk management department because of the growing demand on the insurance sector in the Saudi economy.

The college regularly revises its plans every four years to keep up with the changes in the business environment and the corresponding needs on the outcome of the colleges of business and administration.

The college also tries to benefit from the experience of more firmly established international universities through establishing partnerships with those universities to develop the education processes. Accordingly, the college now operates according to the most recent methods in the education process.

One of the goals the college is working on is the local academic certification NCAAA and international certification AACSB.
