ChE 323 HEAT TRANSFER LAB (SR 180)

In this lab course the student will get hands-on experience to design, construct and analyze different heat transfer experiments. Students will deal with heat transfer modes (conduction, convection, and radiation) and its applications such as heat exchanger, boiling and condensation.

1.    Linear conduction heat transfer unit

2.    Free and force convection unit

3.    Combined convection and radiation unit

4.    Service unit with tubular heat exchanger

5.    Service unit with plate and frame heat exchanger

6.    Condensation unit

7.    Boiling heat transfer unit
