Provide the highest quality standards of E-learinng tools and practices to faculty members and students.

Mission

To develop E-learning skills for students and faculty members by providing the tools and training according to the policies of Deanship of Technology to improve educational experience for students and faculty members.

Objectives

1. To identify the tools that are used for e-learning and activate them
2. Providing technical support for faculty members and students.
3. Conduct high standard training for faculty members on the available E learning systems at the university.
4. Providing the faculty members and students with up to date information on E-learning practices in the university.

Future plan

1. Assigning a faculty member from each department to coordinate between the unit and the department.
2. Encourage faculty members to use and activate Blackboard by providing direct support and scheduled workshop.
3. Implement strategies that increase the use of faculty members (annual evaluation) and students (provide grades) for e-learning and educational technology.
4. Provide the college with data about faculty members activation of their blackboard course content and other learning materials or activities available for student such as videos, articles and references.
5. Annual survey for evaluation of e-learning by faculty members and students process
6. Provide faculty members and students with announcements and brochure and banners on how to use blackboard
7. Cooperate with the Deanship of technology to implement e-learning strategic plans.
