The College for Educational Affairs is committed to achieving the college's vision and mission and contributing to the implementation of the university's strategic goals through the creation of a distinguished educational environment of high quality that aligns with local and international accreditation standards. The college diverse programs in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering have successfully secured international accreditation from ABET, a testament to their academic excellence and global standards.
The Vice Deanship of Educational affairs operates through its affiliated units to guide and advise students academically, monitor the Engineering field experience of graduates, efficiently oversee student activities, and supervise schedules and examinations to ensure their proper conduct. Additionally, the Vice Deanship is continuously introducing new methods for e-learning. The Vice Deanship aims to achieve its objectives through collaboration, solidarity, and by working in the spirit of one team among all its affiliated units to serve the college students and all its members.
In the College of Engineering at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, the distinguished and diverse educational faculty members make continuous efforts to prepare our students to be future leaders in their fields through ongoing development of the curricula and innovative Engineering senior design projects aimed at achieving effective leadership and continuous development within an inspiring educational environment that enables graduates to contribute to realizing the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.
The Vice Deanship of Educational affairs is eager to develop the student talents and encouraging a spirit of creativity and innovation through various student activities. In addition, students can integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience through graduation projects and advanced laboratories in the college. Alongside the completion of the educational system and through local and international partnerships with industry leaders, our programs provide students with field experience in one of the leading Engineering institutions, an essential element for students before graduation. The college is currently working on establishing postgraduate programs, this will contribute to creating a culture of collaboration for undergraduate students through direct interaction with graduate students and faculty members on large-scale and innovative research projects.
