RAïssa Rezzoug is recently appointed as Associate Professor in Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. As research Interest, he is continuing working on the subject: “Porous Media Modelling and its Implementation for Civil and Environmental Engineering”. Prominent implementations for some coastal areas in the KSA, he is actually initiating a new reflection round the subject: “Combined Impacts of high Tide with Rainfall on the Coastal Areas of the Red Sea - Case Study: Last Jeddah Flood Events”. He is looking to model this phenomenon and highlight in this project the mysterious secret reason of the last Jeddah flood events, which is not known up to now. In addition as second subject, he is initiating a new idea about developing meditation round the “Natural Air-Conditioning for Open Areas in the Desert Cities of the KSA”. Huge experimental work has to be carried out with the cooperation of the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) on their developed rock, marble and ceramic porous materials. 

He is the principal author of more than 40 papers published in the most famous international journals like the ASCE Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Engineering Journal, Canadian Geotechnical Journal, French Geotechnical Journal, Advances in Water Resources Journal… etc, and international conferences in USA, UK, France and Germany. Some of them appear in the https://scholar.google.com, and https://www.academia.edu. He leaded research groups within German, French, European and Global reputed Research Networks.
