Support Services Department Overview:
This Department is responsible for providing and managing services at the institute, enabling its departments to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. Some of its most important tasks include:
- Contributing to creating the Institute's annual plan.
- Preparing the annual plan for the institute's management and following up on its implementation.
- Preparing periodic reports on the administration's activities, achievements, and suggestions for improvement and submitting them to the Dean of the institute.
- Preparing a comprehensive annual report on the activities of the units under the administration, their performance levels, and submitting it to the Dean
- Providing the necessary support to all units of the department to carry out their tasks and achieve their objectives.
- Supervising the completion of the job performance evaluation of the institute's employees from the administrative staff.
Human Resources Unit:
The unit is responsible for following up on the affairs of the institute's employees.
Technical Affairs and Technical Support Unit:
The unit is responsible for overseeing the facilities, properties, and equipment of the institute, as well as providing services related to electronic devices and systems. The unit also addresses any issues faced by the institute's staff in using and operating these systems.
