أولا : نشر تعليم اللغة العربية وآدابها والثقافة الإسلامية وحضارتها.
ثانياً : تطوير المناهج العلمية في المعاهد بما يتلاءم مع احتياجات المجتمعات المضيفة.
ثالثاً : تعميق التواصل بين المعاهد والمجتمعات المضيفة بما يحقق أهدافها.
رابعاً : دعم المعاهد في الخارج ثقافياً وعلمياً بما يخدم رسالتها في المجتمعات المضيفة لنشر ثقافة الحوار والتسامح ووسطية الإسلام.
خامساً : تزويد المعاهد بالموارد البشرية ذات الكفاءة العلمية والمهارية المؤهلة للقيام بأداء رسالتها.
سادساً : تنويع الموارد المالية الدائمة للمعاهد في الخارج لتحقيق أهدافها المستدامة
سابعاً : التوسع الجغرافي والعددي للمعاهد التابعة للجامعة في الخارج.
ثامناً : زيادة الحضور الإعلامي لعمادة شؤون المعاهد في الخارج والمعاهد التابعة لها
The Objectives.
First: Disseminating the teaching of the Arabic language, its literature, and Islamic culture and civilization.
Second: Developing academic curricula at institutes to suit the needs of host communities.
Third: Deepening communication between institutes and host communities to achieve their goals.
Fourth: Supporting institutes abroad culturally and scientifically to serve their mission in host communities to spread the culture of dialogue, tolerance, and the moderation of Islam.
Fifth: Providing institutes with human resources with the scientific and skilled capabilities to fulfill their mission.
Sixth: Diversifying the permanent financial resources of institutes abroad to achieve their sustainable goals.
Seventh: Expanding the geographic and numerical scope of the university's affiliated institutes abroad.
Eighth: Increasing the media presence of the Administration of Institute Affairs Abroad and its affiliated institutes.
