The General Administration for International Cooperation and Communication is an administration that serves the university by connecting it with international academic institutions and establishing the foundations of cooperation through memorandums of understanding and other means. - Representing the university at international forums and promoting its image.
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant entities within and outside the university to prepare agreements and memorandums of understanding between the university and other entities.
- Proposing the university's membership in certain regional, international, and Islamic organizations, associations, and bodies related to the university's activities.
- Contributing to the implementation of agreements and memorandums of understanding agreed upon with external entities.
- Participating in partnership and twinning agreements conducted by the university within and outside the kingdom.
- Attending meetings and sessions with delegations from outside the kingdom and following up on the outcomes and recommendations.
- Promoting the concept and culture of international and local cooperation among faculty members, researchers, and others through awareness sessions and informative publications.
- Coordinating with the International Cooperation Agency at the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in all matters related to international cooperation.
- Participating in the preparation of cooperation agreements and service contracts in coordination with the legal department, Prince Naif Institute for Research and Consulting Services, and other relevant entities, and establishing suitable mechanisms for their activation.
- Introducing the university at the international level in terms of available academic specializations and the university's vision regarding international and local cooperation.
