  •          Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the university's job performance system.
  •          Receiving and reviewing performance charters in accordance with the university's objectives.
  •         Carrying out the procedures for adapting, developing, and improving the performance system to align with the university's objectives and regulations.
  •         Establishing mechanisms to link the results of the annual job performance cycle to incentives and improving and developing them according to the ministry's regulations.
  •         Receiving complaints regarding the performance system results and carrying out the necessary procedures.
  •         Coordinating with the electronic account management responsible at the Directorate to add the content related to the unit.
  •          Receiving correspondence through the administrative communications system and carrying out the necessary procedures.
  •         Responding to all inquiries, whether in person or through social media platforms.
  •         Following up the attendance of the unit's staff and preparing the monthly attendance summary.​
