  •        Human Capital Planning.​
  •         Contributing to the development of strategic plans for the Directorate and reviewing and updating the organizational chart.
  •          Determining the future human resources needs.
  •          Studying, identifying, and analyzing the nature of jobs at the university in accordance with the job classification guide of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  •         Facilitating the work of the Directorate's departments and units regarding recruitment, performance evaluation, training, and hiring.
  •         Developing and improving projects, programs, and systems related to human resources planning.
  •        Coordinating with the electronic account management responsible at the Directorate to add the content related to the unit.
  •          Receiving correspondence through the administrative communications system and carrying out the necessary procedures.
  •         Responding to all inquiries, whether in person or through social media platforms.
  •          Following up the attendance of the unit's staff and preparing the monthly attendance summary.
