  •      Receiving correspondence submitted to the Directorate through the Administrative Communications System and paper transactions, and referring them to the relevant units.
  •      Exporting the Directorate's correspondence in the system of administrative communications and paper correspondence.
  •      Documenting the achievements of the Administrative Communications activities.
  •     Carrying out any additional tasks assigned to the unit within the scope of authority that serve the work.​
