The Training Department is responsible for developing the university's human resources through a variety of internal and external training programs that are suitable, effective, and purposeful, matching the nature and level of the work performed by employees. This is preceded by identifying training needs, while ensuring the quality of training through follow-up and evaluation during and after its implementation.
