The Permanent Committee was formed for considering requests to attend conferences, seminars and scientific meetings by His Excellency the President of the University with the reference number 6344 issued on 1/10/2021, and then reorganized with the reference number 46806 dated 4/1/2022. Its tasks are to study the applications received by the Deanship of Human Resources through Ensiab System to attend conferences, seminars and scientific meetings for faculty members and their equivalents in accordance with Articles 67 and 68 of the Regulations Governing the Affairs of Saudi Faculty Members and Their Equivalents, the Regulations for the Employment of Non-Saudis in Universities, and the Regulations and Procedures for Attending Conferences, Seminars and Scientific Meetings. This committee submits recommendations to His Excellency the President of the University.
