The Recruitment Department is linked to the human resources processes, as it serves as the first point of contact through which employees begin the process of completing their appointment or transfer to the university, and it is followed by many administrative procedures in their career, such as requests for internal and external transfer, secondment, assignment, promotion procedures for faculty members, termination of secondment​ and assignment...etc. up to the end of the service of the employees at the university by issuing decisions to terminate their services, by applying the laws and regulations of each cadre.​
