  • Carrying out the procedures for canceling leaves.
  • Processing and recording returns to work after leaves and completing the related procedures.
  • Preparing a record of leaves and carrying out the related procedures.
  • Working on amending staff names, if changed, and following up related procedures.
  • Handling the clearance procedures for university employees to terminate their employment.
  • Issuing expert statements.
  • Issuing the service statement and carrying out related procedures.
  • Issuing retirement decisions upon reaching the statutory retirement age and carrying out the related procedures.
  • Issuing and renewing work cards for university staff.
  • Receiving correspondence through the Administrative Communication System and the Electronic Services System and responding to them if needed.
  • Responding to all inquiries, whether in person or through communication platforms.​
