  • Carrying out the promotion procedures for the eligible ranks (top ranks, tenth ranks and below) through the Masar platform system of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
  • Carrying out promotion procedures for health staff, Wage and Service system, university security and safety staff.
  • Acceptance of training courses and volunteer work submitted through the University's Wafi platform  
  • Responding to all inquiries, whether in person or through communications platforms.
  • Responding to grievances related to promotions via HRSD's Masar platform.
  • Receiving correspondence through the Administrative Communications System and carrying out the necessary procedures.
  • Following up the attendance of the employees of the unit and preparing the monthly attendance summary​
