  •  Responding to received inquiries, whether in person or through communication platforms (University Communication, Ministry of Education Communication, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Communication).
  •  Following up the attendance of the department's employees and preparing the monthly attendance summary.
  •  Issuing retirement decisions for cadres (faculty members and their equivalents, administrative, health, educational, Wage and Service System).
  •  Documenting the qualifications of the cadre (faculty members and their equivalents, administrative, health, educational, Wage and Service System).
  •  Registration of secondment decisions in Mithaq Platform at the General Organization for Social Insurance.
  •   Submitting a monthly report about the university employees to the General Organization for Social Insurance.
  •   Modifying the jobs of new and retired employees at the university through the Absher government system.​
