The General Administration of Safety and University Security executed a periodic virtual evacuation plan at the Medical Center Building on Wednesday, 1/5/1445 AH, under the supervision of the Civil Defense and with the participation of relevant authorities. 

Director General of the General Administration of Safety and University Security, Professor Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, noted that the administration is keen on providing comprehensive protection for individuals and facilities by preparing comprehensive plans to address emergencies. 

The plan involved participation from the General Administration of Technical Affairs, the General Administration of Media and Communication, and the university’s medical center. 

Professor Al-Buqmi emphasized that the plan is part of the strategy of the General Administration of Safety and University Security to maintain the safety and security of university personnel and students. The objective is to provide practical training on how to respond appropriately during emergencies, affirming that the preservation of lives and property is one of the administration's top priorities. 

He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the medical center, the Civil Defense Center, all participating entities in the plan, and the staff members of the administration who took part in the event.
