The General Administration for Safety and University Security is implementing an evacuation plan in Administration Building (402).

The Director General of the General Administration for University Safety and Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqami, affirmed that the General Administration for University Safety and Security is committed to providing comprehensive protection for individuals and facilities by preparing comprehensive plans to address emergencies.

This statement came during the implementation of the periodic virtual evacuation plan by the General Administration for University Safety and Security at the administration building (402). On Thursday, 19/05/1443 H, in the presence of the Assistant Director of Civil Defense in the Riyadh Region, His Excellency Major General Turki bin Khuwaitim Al-Mutairi, under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, and in the presence of the university's deputies.

The plan involved participation from the Red Crescent Authority, the Saudi Electricity Company, the Northern Riyadh Municipality, and various university departments including the General Administration for Operations and Maintenance, the General Administration for Media, and the General Administration for Technical Affairs.

Mr. Al-Buqami added that the plan is part of the General Administration for University Safety and Security's strategy to maintain the safety and security of university staff and visitors, and aims to provide practical training on how to respond appropriately in emergencies.

He emphasized that safeguarding lives and property is one of the main priorities of the administration that it seeks to achieve.
