On Monday, 25/08/1443 AH, the Director General of the General Department of Campus Safety and Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqami, inaugurated the security and safety headquarters at the educational area in Building (401) in the presence of the unit director and several staff members.

Mr. Al-Buqami praised the vital role of the unit in maintaining security and safety aspects within the educational area, noting that the new headquarters, with its facilities, will provide an inspiring work environment for the unit's staff.

On this occasion, Mr. Al-Buqami expressed his gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency the University President, Dr. Ahmed Al-Amri, for the support and care he provides to the department, as well as to the esteemed Vice President of the University, Dr. Mansour Al-Haidari, and all related entities for their support and assistance.

At the end of the event, the unit members presented a commemorative plaque to the Director General of the department.
