The General Administration of Safety and University Security held a collective Iftar meal for the staff of the administration at the field headquarters for security and safety on Thursday, 6/9/1443 AH, as part of the administration's initiative to support the security and safety personnel working in the field. The initiative was organized under the title “Your Iftar is on Us," which targets the personnel of the administration.

At the beginning of the gathering, the Director General of the General Administration of Safety and University Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, congratulated the personnel of the administration on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, asking Allah, the Almighty, to accept their fasting and prayers, and to assist them in doing good deeds. He praised their tangible efforts in organizing traffic, monitoring safety, and ensuring security at various locations, which positively reflected on the work of the administration.

Mr. Al-Buqmi also confirmed that this initiative stems from the administrative role that the administration is concerned with in involving its field personnel.

Everyone enjoyed Iftar in a spiritual and Ramadan atmosphere, asking Allah – the Almighty – to accept their fasting, prayers, and good deeds. At the end of the gathering, Mr. Al-Buqmi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the security personnel, reminding them of the great trust and noble message they carry in serving the university and its members.
