On Sunday, Safaa Dr. Nawaf bint Abdul Alai Al-Ajmi, Vice President for Student Affairs, inaugurated the Traffic Awareness Exhibition titled "Safe Driving Culture". The exhibition was organized by the General Administration of Safety and University Security in the lobby of the Administrative Building (416) on 27/3/1444 AH, corresponding to 23/10/2022 AD, with the presence of several university officials.
She listened to a detailed explanation of the contents of the exhibition, which included sections on traffic violations, accidents, permits, and traffic safety. The Vice President praised the vital role of the administration in traffic awareness and fieldwork.
For his part, the Director General of the General Administration of Safety and University Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqami, stated that the exhibition aims to promote awareness of traffic regulations, safety measures, accident prevention, and compliance with driving rules. It highlights the services provided by the administration for the safety of university staff and students while aiming to reduce traffic violations and accidents. The exhibition featured traffic safety tools, informational signs, awareness publications, and a visual presentation prepared for this purpose.
Mr. Al-Buqami expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Vice President for Student Affairs, all attendees, and the kindergarten staff for their participation, as well as the medical center for contributing a section to the exhibition and the members of his administration who participated in the event.
