The General Administration for University Safety and Security conducted a virtual periodic evacuation drill at King Abdullah City for Female Students in Building (321) on Tuesday, 29/08/1444 AH, under the supervision of the Civil Defense and in collaboration with relevant authorities.

The Director General of the General Administration for University Safety and Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, stated that the administration is committed to providing comprehensive protection for individuals and facilities by developing comprehensive plans to address emergencies.

The drill involved participation from the General Administration for Technical Affairs and the university's medical center.

Mr. Al-Buqmi emphasized that this drill is part of the strategy of the General Administration for University Safety and Security to maintain the safety and security of university staff and students. It aims to provide practical training on how to respond appropriately during emergencies, with the protection of lives and property as one of the administration's top priorities.

He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the university's Vice Presidency for Student Affairs, the Civil Defense Center, and all participating entities, as well as the staff members who took part in the event.
