The General Administration for University Safety and Security held a communal Iftar banquet for its employees at the field office of safety and security on Friday, the ninth of Ramadan, 1444 AH. This initiative comes as part of the administration's efforts to engage with the field staff in security and safety. The event was organized under the title: "Your Iftar is on us," targeting the administration's staff members.

At the beginning of the gathering, the Director General of the General Administration for University Safety and Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqami, congratulated the staff on the arrival of Ramadan, praying for Allah's acceptance of their fasting and prayers. He commended their tangible efforts in organizing traffic flow, monitoring safety issues, and ensuring security across various locations, which have positively reflected on the administration's work. He encouraged them to continue their efforts to serve the university staff and students.

Mr. Al-Buqami emphasized that this initiative stems from the administrative role the department assumes in engaging its field personnel.

Everyone enjoyed the Iftar in a spiritual and festive Ramadan atmosphere, praying to Allah, the Almighty, for the acceptance of their fasting, prayers, and good deeds. At the end of the gathering, Mr. Al-Buqami expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the security personnel, reminding them of the great trust and noble message they carry in serving the university and its community.
