The General Administration of Human Resources and the General Administration of Security and Safety, in collaboration with Umm Al-Qura University, organized a training course titled "Occupational Safety and Health Management" for men, held in the lecture hall of Building 402 from 26/10/1445 to 1/11/1445. The training targeted employees of contracted companies, benefiting (10) employees from Tuwaiq and Ramal Al-Sawahil companies.
The Director General of the General Administration of Security and Safety, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, confirmed that the course included a general introduction to safety and occupational health systems, assessment of workplace environment elements, management of workplace risks, crisis management, disasters, emergencies, and first aid. The course also included practical applications, workshops, and reports.
Mr. Al-Buqmi pointed out that the purpose of organizing these courses is to develop employees through these training programs to enhance the efficiency of its staff and achieve the best work outcomes. The course addressed important aspects that employees need to improve their skills and job capabilities, which positively reflects on their job performance.
Additionally, Mr. Al-Buqmi expressed his gratitude to the collaborating entities for the success of the course and encouraged the administration's staff to enhance their practical skills to achieve the goals set by the administration.
