The General Administration of Security and Safety conducted a virtual evacuation drill at Prince Sultan Library for Science and Knowledge in the educational district on Thursday, 1/11/1445 AH, under the supervision of the Civil Defense and with the participation of relevant authorities.

The Director General of the General Administration of Security and Safety, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, stated that the administration is keen to provide comprehensive protection for individuals and facilities by preparing comprehensive plans to address emergencies.

The drill involved the participation of the General Administration for Technical Affairs, the General Administration for Media and Communication, and the medical center of the university.

Mr. Al-Buqmi emphasized that this plan is part of the strategy of the General Administration of Security and Safety to maintain the safety and security of university staff and students. The drill aims to provide practical training on how to respond appropriately in emergencies, and ensuring the safety of lives and property is one of the most important priorities that the administration seeks to achieve.

He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince Sultan Library for Science and Knowledge, the Civil Defense Center, all participating entities, and the administration staff involved in the drill.
