The Directorate General of Security and Safety executed a virtual evacuation plan at King Abdullah University for Girls in Building (321) on Monday, 13/03/1446 AH, under the supervision of the Civil Defense and with the participation of relevant authorities.
The Director General of the Directorate General of Security and Safety, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, stated that the Directorate General of University Safety and Security is committed to providing comprehensive protection for individuals and facilities by preparing comprehensive plans to address emergencies.
The plan involved participation from the General Administration for Technical Affairs, the General Administration for Media and Communication, and the University Medical Center.
Mr. Al-Buqmi emphasized that the plan is part of the strategy of the Directorate General of Security and Safety to ensure the security and safety of the university's staff and female students. It aims to provide practical training on how appropriately react in emergencies, with the priority being the preservation of lives and properties, which is one of the main goals the administration strives to achieve.
He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the University Agency for Institutional Development and Community Responsibility, the Civil Defense Center, all participating entities in the plan, and the staff involved in the event.
