The General Administration of Safety and University Security conducted a virtual evacuation drill at King Abdullah Campus for Female Students in Building (413) on Wednesday, 19/07/1445 AH, under the supervision of the Civil Defense and with the participation of relevant authorities.

The Director General of the General Administration of Safety and University Security, Mr. Sultan bin Hussein Al-Buqmi, stated that the administration is keen to provide comprehensive protection for individuals and facilities by preparing comprehensive plans for emergencies.

The General Administration of Technical Affairs also participated in the plan.

Mr. Al-Buqmi emphasized that the plan is part of the strategy of the General Administration of Safety and University Security to maintain the safety and security of university staff and students. It aims to provide practical training on how to respond properly in emergencies, highlighting that safeguarding lives and property is one of the administration's top priorities.

Mr. Al-Buqmi also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Vice President for Student Affairs, the Civil Defense Center, and all parties involved in the plan, as well as the staff members who participated in the event.

The plan included participation from the General Administration of Technical Affairs, the General Administration of Media and Communications, and the university's medical center.

Mr. Al-Buqmi also confirmed that the plan is part of the strategy of the General Administration of University Safety and Security to maintain the safety and security of university staff and students. Its goal is to provide practical training on how to respond appropriately in emergencies, and maintaining the safety of lives and property is one of the administration's top priorities.

He also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the College of Languages and Translation, the College of Engineering, the Civil Defense Center, all participating entities, and the staff involved in the plan.
