Munirah AlQahtani is an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administrative and the Head of the Research Department at the College of Economics and Administrations Science at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in KSA. She holds an MSc and PhD. in Management. Her primary teaching areas are strategic management, organizational behavior, and international business. Her research involves workplace relationships, organizational behavior, leadership, and women’s work. Her works have been published in several journals and conferences internationally. In addition to research, she works as a certified consultant in many Mideastern organisations to develop strategies and set developing plans.
