Leadership and excellence locally, regionally and globally in qualifying human cadres of researchers and social specialists in light of authentic Islamic teachings and values.
Objectives
1. Achieving quality inputs of the educational process and benefiting from feedback to improve outputs in a manner that is consistent with the status of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University.
2. Developing students’ abilities to be aware of community problems and ways to deal with them in order to assume national responsibility towards their community.
3. Supporting community bodies and institutions by providing social consultations on community issues they address.
4. Graduating students who are able to practice social work and research in the field of sociology and social service.
5. Marketing social programs and projects within the specialization to support the relationship with practicing institutions in the community.
6. Supporting relations with the department’s graduates and helping them join the labor market by developing their capabilities and training them in future skills.
