Participation criteria:
- • Target group: The competition is open to all students of the College of Social Sciences.
- Participation method: You can participate individually or in teams of 3 to 5 students maximum.
- Number of entries: Each participant or team is allowed to submit only one initiative.
Acceptable volunteer work criteria :
- Volunteer work must be humanitarian and purposeful, bringing happiness or tangible benefit to an individual or group.
- Volunteer work can be done in any suitable place, such as: orphanages, nursing homes, hospitals, streets, charities, universities, and residential neighborhoods.
- Volunteer work must be completely free, without any financial compensation.
- Volunteering can be direct or indirect, such as providing emotional, material, educational, or environmental support.
Documentation and submission criteria:
Volunteer work must be documented through:
- A 1-3 minute video showing the details of the work and its impact.
- A clear set of photos that illustrate the volunteer activity and its beneficiaries (taking into account the privacy of individuals).
- A written report (250-500 words) explaining the idea of volunteer work, the target group, the expected impact, and the lessons learned.
- Documentation must be clear, authentic, and reflect the spirit of volunteer initiative.
Documentation and Submission Criteria Volunteer work will be evaluated based on the following criteria:- The extent of the positive impact of the initiative (40%)
- Creativity in idea and implementation (25%)
- Quality of documentation and submitted report (20%)
- • Community engagement and sustainability (15%)
All entries will be reviewed bya specialized jury consisting of faculty members and volunteer work experts.

- The use of old materials is not permitted, as volunteer work must be carried out specifically for the competition.
- • If people appear in the photos or video, their written or verbal consent must be obtained before publication.
Entries will not be accepted if:
- It does not contain immoral or offensive content to any segment of society.
- Do not promote any commercial or usurious entities.
- Do not rely on buying happiness or providing direct sums of money to beneficiaries. It is preferable for work to be based on effort.
