About the College Agency
The entity concerned with providing services that assist the Dean of the College in managing matters related to quality processes, development, research and innovation, and providing resources, facilities and equipment, in addition to supervising graduate affairs and the rights of male and female students efficiently and effectively.
Agency tasks
- Participate in developing the agency’s annual plan, supervising it, and following up on its implementation.
- Preparing periodic and annual reports on the activities of the agency and its affiliated units, their achievements, and proposals for their development, and submitting them to the dean of the college or institute.
- Providing the necessary support to all agency units and committees to carry out their tasks and follow up on the completion of the work assigned to the units affiliated with it.
- Evaluating the performance of the heads of the units affiliated with him, and following up on their affairs. In the event that the position of one of the heads of the units affiliated with the agency becomes vacant due to a leave or termination of an assignment, the agent shall manage the work of the unit, or delegate whomever he deems appropriate.
- Carrying out the tasks assigned to him by the College Council or the Dean within the agency’s area of expertise.
- Supervising the quality of administrative operations and the quality of academic programs in the college or institute.
- Follow up on administrative development projects, academic program development, and academic accreditation in the college or institute.
- Follow up on the services and activities of the Student Conduct and Discipline Awareness Unit.
- Supervising the college or institute’s alumni affairs unit and the services and activities provided to them.
- Supervising the procedures for providing resources, facilities and equipment in the college or institute.
