C​entral Unit for Development and Quality

The Central Unit for Development and Quality is responsible for development and quality work at the college level.


Unit tasks​

  • Preparing the strategic plan and following up on its implementation.
  • Participate in preparing the college’s annual plan.
  • Preparing the unit’s operational plan and following up on its implementation.
  • Follow up on the implementation of operational plans in the college’s units and departments.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the quality management system in the college.
  • Coordination of surveys of beneficiaries of college services.
  • Collecting data and statistics related to the college’s various activities.
  • College performance evaluation. 
  • Preparing periodic reports on the level of performance in the college’s units and departments.
  • Preparing the college's annual report.
  • Follow up on meeting the college’s program quality standards.
  • Follow up on academic accreditation projects in the college.
  • Monitoring the quality of the educational process in the college’s programs.
  • Collecting regulations, systems, guides and documents related to all college activities.
  • Spreading the culture of quality in the college.
  • Measuring performance indicators for programs in the college, whether at the programmatic or institutional level.
  • Preparing quarterly reports on the unit’s work, difficulties - if any - and proposals for improvement and development.
