The Central Unit for Development and Quality is responsible for development and quality work at the college level.
Unit tasks
- Preparing the strategic plan and following up on its implementation.
- Participate in preparing the college’s annual plan.
- Preparing the unit’s operational plan and following up on its implementation.
- Follow up on the implementation of operational plans in the college’s units and departments.
- Follow up on the implementation of the quality management system in the college.
- Coordination of surveys of beneficiaries of college services.
- Collecting data and statistics related to the college’s various activities.
- College performance evaluation.
- Preparing periodic reports on the level of performance in the college’s units and departments.
- Preparing the college's annual report.
- Follow up on meeting the college’s program quality standards.
- Follow up on academic accreditation projects in the college.
- Monitoring the quality of the educational process in the college’s programs.
- Collecting regulations, systems, guides and documents related to all college activities.
- Spreading the culture of quality in the college.
- Measuring performance indicators for programs in the college, whether at the programmatic or institutional level.
- Preparing quarterly reports on the unit’s work, difficulties - if any - and proposals for improvement and development.
