Student Clubs Unit
The Student Clubs Unit is the unit responsible for following up on the activities of the specialized student clubs in the college.
Unit tasks
- Preparing the unit’s operational plan and following up on its implementation.
- Verifying that specialized clubs adhere to the university’s student clubs regulations.
- Verifying the contribution of specialized club activities to the acquisition of the characteristics of graduates of academic programs.
- Providing support and assistance to specialized clubs in establishing their programs and activating their activities within the college or institute.
- Documenting information and collecting evidence related to the activities of specialized clubs.
- Preparing a database for male and female college students who are members of specialized and general clubs.
- Preparing periodic reports on the participation of male and female college students in specialized and general clubs.
- Preparing quarterly reports on the unit’s work, difficulties - if any - and proposals for improvement and development.
