Field Experience Unit
The Field Experience Unit is the unit responsible for managing field experience in the college.
Unit tasks:
- Preparing the unit’s operational plan and following up on its implementation.
- Create a database of the appropriate entity to train male and female students according to the college’s specializations and update it periodically.
- Coordinating with training bodies to facilitate the training of male and female college students and overcome any difficulties they face.
- Verifying the availability of field experience requirements in training institutions according to the required standards and following up on their fulfillment.
- Providing training institutions with field experience descriptions and approved forms for following up on male and female students during the training period.
- Distributing male and female students to training institutions in a way that ensures fair and appropriate training opportunities.
- Solving problems facing students/supervisors during the training period in coordination with the academic departments.
- Coordinating with academic departments to hold courses to prepare male and female students/supervisors before starting training.
- Conducting student opinion polls on training institutions and the level of benefit they provide in field experience, analyzing them, and preparing related reports.
- Conducting surveys of training institutions regarding the cognitive, skill and value levels of male and female students, analysing them and preparing related reports.
- Preparing quarterly reports on the unit’s work, difficulties - if any - and proposals for improvement and development.
