Tables and Tests

The Schedules and Examinations Unit is the body responsible for building and following up on the academic programme schedules and examination schedules and their progress in the college.

 

Unit tasks

  • Preparing the unit’s operational plan and following up on its implementation.
  • Designing and building academic schedules for the college’s academic programs in coordination with the academic departments.
  • Verifying the payment of all academic program schedules and assigning all courses to the teaching staff.
  • Preparing final exam schedules for academic programs in coordination with academic program coordinators.
  • Coordination with the Education Affairs Agency to hold university requirements tests.
  • Coordinating with academic departments outside the college to hold external course exams in the college’s programs.
  • Planning, implementing, evaluating and developing examination procedures  in coordination with the academic departments.
  • Preparing classrooms and laboratories for holding semester and final exams in coordination with the supervision of the scientific departments.
  • Coordination to provide a sufficient number of supervisors to cover the supervision of male and female students during the semester and final exams.
  • Preparing quarterly reports on the unit’s work, difficulties - if any - and proposals for improvement and development .​
