The party concerned with coordination and providing support and assistance to the management of college affairs in the female students’ section, in addition to supervising the Marketing, Business and Community Responsibility Unit efficiently and effectively.​



Agency tasks

  • Participate in developing the agency’s annual plan, supervising it, and following up on its implementation.
  • Preparing periodic and annual reports on the activities of the agency and its affiliated units, their achievements, suggestions and development, and submitting them to the dean of the college or institute.
  • Providing the necessary support to all agency units and committees to carry out their tasks and follow up on the completion of the work assigned to the units affiliated with it.
  • Evaluating the performance of the heads of the units affiliated with him, and following up in the event that the position of one of the unit heads becomes vacant.
  • If the agency is affiliated with the authorization or termination of an assignment, the agent shall manage the unit’s work, or delegate whomever he deems appropriate.
  • Carrying out the tasks assigned to him by the College Council or the Dean within the agency’s area of ​​expertise.
  • Providing the necessary support to the units affiliated with the Dean of the College or Institute to carry out their tasks and achieve their goals in the female students’ section.
  • Follow up on marketing services and activities for the college or institute’s programs, outputs and services, and follow up on the college or institute’s investment projects, programs, activities and community partnerships in the college or institute.
  • Providing support and assistance to implement development and quality work in the female students’ section, and support and assistance to enable female students to obtain their legal rights within the limits of the powers granted to them.
  • Supervising the management of resources, facilities and equipment necessary to implement academic programs in the female students’ section.
  • Providing support and assistance to implement academic, social, psychological and professional guidance services, providing support to field experience management, implementing e-learning activation procedures and implementing specialized student club activities in the college or institute in the female students’ section.
