On behalf of the faculty and students, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Department of Biology, College of Science, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The Department offers a stimulating academic and research environment that combines scientific excellence with innovation, and provides distinguished programs aligned with national needs and the labor market: Bachelor of Science in Biology, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Executive Master of Science in Forensic Evidence (joint with the Department of Chemistry), and Master of Applied Biology with three tracks: Biodiversity, Conservation and Wildlife Management; Cellular and Molecular Biology; and Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology and Sustainability.

These programs support Saudi Vision 2030 by preparing national talent in biological and environmental sciences, advancing research and innovation, and contributing to sustainability, food security, health, criminal justice, and quality of life.
