The E-Learning Unit is responsible for providing support and assistance in activating e-learning in the college.

Assigned Tasks
The unit members are responsible for:
- Setting up the operational plan of the unit and following up on the execution of this plan.
- Spreading the culture of E-learning within the college in collaboration with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning.
- Follow up on the registration and assignment of all courses in the academic electronic system, to ensure their uploading on the E-learning management system.
- Providing the initial support services to employees and staff members and communicating with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning to provide the required support services.
- Follow up and confirm the enrollment of courses in the integrated E-learning system.
- Determining the needs of staff members to be trained on E-learning and coordinating with the Skills Development Center for nomination to the programs that meet these needs.
- Reporting to the college at the end of each semester on the progress of E-learning, and the possible difficulties, and providing a copy of the reports to the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning.
- Training the students on the use of the E-learning system.
- Monitoring the requisites of educational technology, such as laboratories, educational platforms, display devices, etc., and submitting maintenance requests whenever needed.
- Supervising and updating the content of the college's website.
- Determining the requirements for educational technology equipment and submitting the request to the dean who in turn communicates with the concerned deanship to provide the needs.
- Conducting opinion polls for members of both educational and administrative staff / as well as male and female students about E-learning services at the college, analyzing the data and preparing the related reports.
- Preparing reports every semester on the work progress in the unit, possible difficulties, and proposing action plans for improvement and development.
