The ​​​​Study Schedules and Exams Unit​ is responsible for the formulation of the academic program schedules and examination timetables, and for managing their implementation in the college.

Assigned Tasks

​The unit members are responsible for:​

1. Setting up the operational plan of the unit and following up on the executive steps to implement this plan.
2. Designing and formulating the class schedules of the college academic programs in coordination with the scientific departments.
3. Verifying the fulfilment of class schedules of all academic programs and the assignment of all courses to the relevant teaching staff.
4. Preparing final exam schedules of academic programs in coordination with the academic coordinators of these programs.
5. Coordination with the Vice deanship for Educational Affairs to hold the exams related to the university requisite courses.
6. Coordination with scientific departments in other university colleges to hold exams of the external courses listed in the college programs.
7. Planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the procedures of exams in coordination with scientific departments.
8. Preparing classrooms and laboratories for the midterm and final exams in collaboration with the supervision of scientific departments.
9. Coordination to provide adequate number of observers to cover the monitoring procedure of male and female students during the midterm and final exams.
10. Preparing reports on every semester and the possible difficulties and proposing action plans for improvement and development.
