Dr. Khaled Hassan Binauf Ahmed presents a seminar about laser of supraxblux of laser dyes phenomenon  

Within the series of scientific seminars presented by the Physics Department to college and university community, the Scientific Committee of the Department organized a scientific seminar entitled:

"Laser of supraxblux phenomenon​ ofllaser dyes (TICT)" 

   Assistant professor Dr. Khaled Hassan Binauf Ahmed, Physics Department presented this seminar. He displayed a study of optical features of coumarin dyes. Dr. Khaled Hassan Binauf Ahmad explained that these dyes emerge when dissolved in certain solutions of certain concentrations and specific pumping energy of laser emission with two positive lengths, whereas these dyes displayed one peak of fluorescence spectrum.  Laser peak of short wavelength matches the fluorescence spectrum, whereas the second peak may be the result of the connection of two incentive molecules as the biological solution connects the two molecules.   The speaker stated that this phenomenon is called supraxblux phenomenon.

   It is worth mentioning that these scientific seminars of the Physics Department are presented weekly at 11:00 p.m. in the meeting room for not more than half an hour including discussion and remarks of the audience. These seminars are open to all university staff members and students.

These seminars aim at spreading knowledge, encouraging scientific research culture, and contributing in enriching discussions between the staff members of the department about their scientific and research interests.
