تعقد اختبارات تعيين المعيدين والمحاضرين  من الرجال في مبنى كلية العلوم (مبنى 313) في القاعة الكبرى (الدور الثالث).

أما مقر الإختبار للمتقدمات فسيكون في كلية العلوم بمدينة الملك عبدالله للطالبات (مبنى رقم 323) بوابة رقم (12).

على جميع المتقدمين والمتقدمات إحضار  التالي:

1.        صورة من شهادة البكالوريوس.

2.        صورة من السجل الأكاديمي. 

3.        صورة من بطاقة الاحوال الشخصية أو سجل الأسرة.

4.        سيرة ذاتية مختصرة موضح بها معلومات التواصل.

5.        أي صور لأي مستندات تدعم ملف الطلب، (دورات ورش عمل خبرات... إلخ).
