استكمالا لسلسلة الندوات العلمية لقسم الرياضيات والإحصاء ، فقد قدّم بحمد الله وتوفيقه  أ.د/ إبراهيم البطل محاضرة بعنوان:

A New Class of Lifetime Distribution. Theory and Applications

وذلك يوم  الثلاثاء 21-07-1438 هـ  (18 /04/ 2017 م ) الساعة الثامنة والنصف صباحاً بالقاعة A 078  بالدور الثاني بمبنى كلية العلوم ولمدة ساعة تقريباً، وحضر الندوة بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالقسم الذين تناقشوا حول أهمية الموضوع وتطبيقاته وأوجه الإفاده منه في عمل دراسات علمية، وفي نهاية الجلسة العلمية قدم الجميع الشكر لمقدم الندوه،

ABSTRACT

 The generalization of any distribution is important in order to make its shape more flexible to capture the diversity present in the observe data. One of the prominent classes of generator that is used to generalize the well-known distributions is the beta generator class. The beta distribution is a widely applied statistical distribution in the literature. It used to model various kind of data in life testing, survival analysis, telecommunication and the study of uncertainties arising in actuarial science, economics and finance.
