In a new research milestone, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU) ranks 13th among the top 25 academic and research institutions in the Arab world for research citations, according to the 2024 Arcif Report.

Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University has achieved a remarkable academic accomplishment by ranking 13th in the citation index among the top 25 academic and research institutions in the Arab world. This was announced in the annual 2024 report of the Arab Citation & Impact Factor (Arcif).

The report indicated that the university recorded 4,087 citations from 1,057 published scientific articles​, with an average of 3.87 citations per article. This achievement reflects the university's contribution to advancing scientific research and enhancing academic output both locally and internationally.
