Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, President of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, the Deanship of Development and Quality launched a comprehensive training program designed to prepare 20 university departments to obtain the Institutional ISO certification, as part of the University's project towards institutional excellence and quality performance.
The program seeks to promote a culture of quality and enhance the efficiency of internal operations across various university sectors through training and qualification on the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). This initiative contributes to improving performance, enhancing outputs, and achieving the objectives of the university's 2025 strategic plan.
Dr. Kholoud Sandouqa, Dean of Development and Quality, expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Kholoud Al-Tamimi, Vice President for Institutional Development and Social Responsibility, for her continuous support and continuous follow-up throughout the project phases. She also extended her thanks to all staff members of the participating departments for their fruitful efforts during all stages of implementation—from preparation and training to certification—highlighting the tangible impact achieved in spreading a culture of institutional excellence and developing the work environment in line with international standards.
Dr. Sandouqa affirmed that this accomplishment reflects the University's continued commitment to embedding principles of quality and continuous improvement, ultimately aiming for sustainable institutional excellence that enhances the university's standing among its local and international peers.
