Launch of the “Company" Program to Develop Entrepreneurship Skills Among Students

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, in cooperation with Injaz Saudi Arabia, has announced the opening of registration for the “Company" program one of the leading initiatives aimed at empowering students to undergo a comprehensive practical experience in establishing and managing companies.

The program is based on a hands-on training approach, allowing students to create and run their own real company under direct supervision. This includes gathering information, conducting market research, selecting a product or service, managing marketing and operations, and ultimately liquidating the company and distributing shareholders' rights providing a realistic experience that simulates the entrepreneurial business environment.

The program aims to enable students to transform their ideas into innovative projects and businesses by learning company formation skills. It also seeks to prepare Saudi youth as future leaders in entrepreneurship and to foster a culture of self-employment. Additionally, the program provides participants with opportunities to have their companies evaluated by business leaders, benefit from their expertise, and develop teamwork skills while learning to handle work pressures creatively.

The program includes several specialized tracks, naming:

Innovation and technology, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, financial technology (fintech), media, economy, and sustainability aligning with modern trends across various vital sectors.

This program is part of the efforts of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem within the university and to equip students with practical skills to build their own entrepreneurial ventures, contributing to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 toward a knowledge-based, innovation-driven economy.
