The Higher Institute of Justice at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University organizes a course for judges from Malaysia

​The High Institute of the Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University is organizing a specialized judicial course in Sharia judiciary for judges from the Kingdom of Malaysia, during the period from 01-2024/09/12, in the round hall of the conference building in the university city in Riyadh.


This course aims to equip the trainees from Malaysia's judges with knowledge and provide them with jurisprudential skills and judicial systems, discuss the most prominent issues related to financial, banking, and personal status matters, apply rulings to judicial facts, and study procedural and substantive aspects.


The course also aims to achieve communication between the High Institute of the Judiciary at the university and the Sharia courts in Malaysia, provide an overview of the distinctive judicial and regulatory features of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and reflect its leadership in religious sciences and judiciary, alongside creating a distinguished image for the trainees about the deep history, civilization, and development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through accompanying visits.


The course is based on several axes that highlight the uniqueness and development of the judicial system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including visits to courts and law offices, personal status matters, and their issues including inheritance and estates in terms of judiciary, jurisprudence, and regulation through a comparative study of contemporary issues, financial and banking transactions both in jurisprudence and judiciary as well as accounting and financial aspects, emphasizing the jurisprudence of contemporary issues, its rooting, application, and comparison.
