This morning, Sunday, corresponding to 1446/02/28 AH, the fourth judicial course for Malaysian judges began at the High Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, with the participation of forty judges from the Kingdom of Malaysia.
The course was inaugurated by the Dean of the High Institute of Judiciary, Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Salem Al-Muhamadi, in the presence of the Chargé d'Affaires of the Malaysian Embassy, Mr. Muhammad Hijaz Muhammad Al-Ramli.
The Dean opened the course with a welcoming speech for the participating judges, which will last for two weeks. The course aims to provide trainees with knowledge and equip them with legal skills and judicial systems, discuss key issues related to financial, banking, and personal status cases, apply rulings to judicial facts, study procedural and substantive aspects, and exchange judicial experiences between the two sides.
The course also aims to provide an overview of the distinguished judicial and legal system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighting its leadership in the field of judiciary and all religious sciences, alongside showcasing the deep history, civilization, and development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through accompanying visits.
The participants expressed their highest gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may Allah protect them - for their generous guidance in holding such courses and supporting knowledge and scholars from various Islamic countries. They prayed to Allah to preserve the leaders of this country and grant them His assistance and success, and to maintain the security, prosperity, and stability of this nation.
They also extended their thanks to His Excellency the Minister of Education, Mr. Yusuf bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, and to His Excellency the University President, Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amar.
