Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University received the Excellence Award in Spending Efficiency and Upgrading Government Projects during the Spending Efficiency Forum organized by the Expenditure Efficiency and Government Projects Authority (Expro) in the period 11-12/11/2024, at the Riyadh Hilton Hotel.​The university received the award in the announcement of the forum for the winners today, Tuesday, by obtaining the full score since the second quarter of 2023 until now in compliance assessments, completion of mobilization, size of opportunities, clarity of opportunities and the mechanism for calculating them, implementation and speed of achievement, in addition to the university's presentation through the Expro platform of a number of initiatives for spending efficiency, and 4 initiatives were documented as realized spending efficiency opportunities, represented in the initiative to cancel some capital projects, the initiative to renew spare parts, and the initiative to rationalize electricity consumption, And the initiative to reduce the expenses of renting real estate, buildings and land, which made the spending efficiency team achieve excellence among the teams of distinguished government agencies in the third quarter of 2023.The award aims to shed light on the journey of spending efficiency by exchanging knowledge on the best ways to achieve spending efficiency, improve the quality of government projects, assets, facilities and procurement, and allow for more ideas and promote innovation, and open new horizons for effective cooperation, and a review of sustainable methodologies and solutions in government agencies.The university was represented in receiving the award by the General Supervisor of the General Administration of Human Resources, Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Abdul Karim Al-Basir, who expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, for his support and guidance, which resulted in achieving this achievement, praising the great role and efforts provided by the Spending Efficiency Team headed by the Vice President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mansour bin Abdulrahman Al-Haidari and the rest of the members who worked to achieve this excellence at the university in accordance with quality standards.

Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, represented by the University Agency for Educational Affairs, signed on Sunday, 17/11/2024, a cooperation agreement with the "Etijah" Association in cooperation with Abdulaziz Aljomaih Charitable Foundation, with the aim of enhancing cooperation between the university and the association in providing guidance and career guidance services to university students and fresh graduates. The agreement also aims to help students choose the appropriate academic and professional path, which contributes to the development of their knowledge and skills to prepare them for the labor market.
The agreement included cooperation in various fields, including career guidance, developing students' skills through quality programs that seek to prepare them for the labor market, supporting academic innovation, and developing professional skills in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The education pillar, in which the college ranked first nationally, is based on a range of criteria including academic reputation, student-staff ratio, doctoral faculty ratio, and institutional income.

26 researchers from Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University were included in the list of the 2% most distinguished and influential in the world according to Stanford University Classification of Scientists for the year 2024.
On this occasion, His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, congratulated the researchers whose names are included in the list of the top 2% of the world's most cited scientists in the world, expressing his appreciation for the scientists who contributed through their pioneering and distinguished research to raising the university's name to international levels, and His Excellency stressed that the steady increase in the number of university employees included in the modern version of Stanford University's list of the best 2% for the year 2024 AD is an indication of the great efforts made by both researchers. And scientists or from the various supporting units of the university, which reflect the commitment of the university's employees in all its units to academic excellence and global scientific contributions.
For his part, His Excellency the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Nayef bin Muhammad Al-Otaibi, stressed that the university is always working to support and encourage researchers to produce more distinguished research, and work to develop scientific research policies continuously and increase the level of cooperation between the university and international research institutions, which contributes to increasing the rate of citations and achieving more scientific achievements.
The Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Salem bin Ali Al-Yami, said that this achievement reflects the scientific movement and its excellence at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, pointing out that Stanford University relies in its classification, which includes the best 2% of the world's scientists, on the data of the Scopus database, and the data of the Retraction Watch database on the withdrawn papers, in calculating the various indicators in this list, and Dr. Al-Yami explained that the indicators that Stanford University relied on constitute scientific publication data, and the number of citations, H-INDEX, HM-Modified Co-authorship Index, and C-Score Composite Quote Index. The data is presented in detail showing the research efforts of scientists during the duration of the career of each researcher included in the list, and the classification also provides data on the impact of the research of the scientists listed during the year of issuance of the classification, and the classification includes scientists from different countries of the world specializing in 22 diverse scientific fields and 176 sub-disciplines, and the classification provides percentages for the field and subfield for all scientists who have at least 5 research papers, and Dr. Al-Yami stressed that the selection in the classification depends on the best hundred Thousand scientists by composite citation index (C-Score.

His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, sponsored on Tuesday morning, 17/9/2024, the ceremony of the institutional accreditation renewal project for the year 2026, which was organized by the Deanship of Development and Quality at Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri Hall in the Conference Building in the University City, in the presence of university vice-rectors, deans of colleges, and a number of university leaders and employees.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, then the Dean of Development and Quality, Dr. Kholoud bint Jamal Funda, delivered a speech in which she praised the unlimited support that the project receives from His Excellency the President of the University, and from the Vice President for Institutional Development and Social Responsibility, which reflects the commitment of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University to the quality of education and academic excellence, and her speech included a visual presentation in which she reviewed the achievements of the Deanship, referring to the most prominent standards of institutional accreditation at the university and the statement of the committees, work teams participating in accreditation, and committees. Supervisory and explanation of the time plan and expected project outputs - God willing - indicating that the success of this project is the fruit of the solidarity of all university employees.
The Vice President for Institutional Development and Social Responsibility, Dr. Kholoud bint Fawaz Al-Tamimi, confirmed that the university obtained institutional accreditation for the first time in 2019, which is one of the major and important projects given its scope, size and positive impact on all aspects of the institution's performance in the academic and administrative fields, Dr. Al-Tamimi added that it is recognized today that accreditation has become a basic goal and a necessary requirement for educational institutions, required by the nature of the stage, local regulations and international trends.
Dr. Al-Tamimi said: "This project is in fact more than just a certificate or license, but rather a recognition and declaration that the university meets the standards of ensuring the quality of learning, and complies with the best practices recognized in the field of higher education in all fields.
Dr. Al-Tamimi pointed out that the adoption of this vision is an opportunity for the university to engage in comprehensive evaluation processes to verify the quality of performance and outputs in all fields, and to identify the university's strengths and distinctions and its aspects that need to be addressed and improved.
In her speech, Dr. Kholoud Al-Tamimi stressed the expected role of all stakeholders and internal beneficiaries of faculty, administrators and students, represented in positive participation in improving academic and administrative quality through active participation in assessments, reviews, data collection, providing feedback on the quality of programs and services, and good representation in committees, councils, activities and events.
His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, also delivered a speech in which he expressed his thanks to our wise government under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince - may God protect them - for their continuous support for the education sector, and His Excellency explained that the efforts and resources provided by our wise leadership reflect its firm commitment to developing education and enhancing its position as one of the most important factors of progress and prosperity, praising during his speech the efforts of both the Vice President for Institutional Development and Social Responsibility, as well as the Dean of Evaluation and Quality in the accreditation project.
Prof. Dr. Al-Ameri explained that this project comes in conjunction with other development projects at the university aimed at achieving institutional development and moving forward with Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University to advanced ranks in local and international classifications, and that the university continues its march towards serving development and society and meeting the needs of the labor market with the best outputs and competencies, urging all university employees to work side by side and hand in hand for the success of the project and the improvement and development of the university.
At the end of the ceremony, His Excellency inaugurated the project in the presence of eight teams representing various aspects of accreditation from the university, and the inauguration coincided with a visual presentation on behalf of institutional accreditation in numbers.

His Excellency the President of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, participated in a working paper in the Fifth Arab Conference on Higher Education and Sustainable Development: The Role of Universities in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals, held from 10-11 September 2023 in Cairo, Egypt.
His Excellency stressed that this high-level conference discusses an academic topic and a humanitarian issue that has a renewed presence locally, regionally and globally as an issue with cultural, social and economic dimensions, which poses a major challenge to many development models related to the future of sustainable development, its goals and objectives, especially in this era of knowledge growing dimensions and repercussions, which requires all of us to unify academic efforts, achieve effective partnerships in the scientific and research fields, and promote integrated work in strategic planning tracks to meet with the needs of today's societies and tomorrow's generations.
His Excellency added that one of the most important pivotal issues that we are experiencing now in higher education institutions in light of the rapid changes the world is witnessing, and the unprecedented successive developments that have occurred in all fields, is the issue of (sustainable development) and ensuring the achievement of its goals and objectives, as a key axis of its educational system, academic and research programs, and its enrichment and training services, and therefore this issue requires us to continuously study, serious research, and objective review of its concepts and social dimensions, and its economic repercussions.
His Excellency pointed out that universities carry out their duties effectively and efficiently, as they are one of the most important national institutions entrusted with performing a fundamental task in serving the community, and actively contributing to achieving sustainable development goals and their dimensions through their knowledge tools, academic programs, development initiatives, and qualitative opportunities, whether in (quality of education), (research and innovation) or (human capital development), and from this point of view, and inspired by this importance, activating partnerships and agreements, and building meaningful strategic relations with leading regional and international universities, Advanced research centers have become an imperative and an extreme necessity imposed by the nature of the stage and the requirements of development, through which we exchange our knowledge and experiences, define our goals and priorities, share our roles and responsibilities, enhance our integrated work, and invest all our efforts and capabilities available, to increase our efficiency and effectiveness in achieving our common goals and interests in the areas of sustainable development.
He stressed that we at Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, in order to achieve its leading role and national responsibilities towards the Saudi Vision 2030 and its development goals, and to achieve the goals of sustainable development, and the rehabilitation of effective human resources, have been keen to align its mission, goals and strategic objectives with the objectives of the Saudi vision, which stressed the importance of achieving the goals of sustainable development.

He pointed out that Imam University, because of its comparative advantages, competitive capabilities, and qualified human and material elements, has developed the Human Capacity Development Program, the National Personality Enhancement Program, and initiated partnerships and agreements in various fields with various government agencies and ministries, and adopted a number of qualitative initiatives, and implemented many projects related to sustainable development, including: Developing its academic programs, developing new programs and harmonizing them with the requirements of sustainable development, as well as including the concepts and objectives of sustainable development among the requirements. The university has also been interested in its societal responsibilities and serving humanity by continuously contributing to the dissemination of knowledge and education outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and helping countries in their development and raising the quality of education through its institutes in the continents of Africa and Asia for more than (40) forty years, and the university has been keen to support scientific research activities and innovation programs that are closely related to sustainable development, in addition to holding research partnerships with relevant government agencies; and international partnerships with universities and researchers to exchange Ideas, production of innovations, and increasing joint scientific publishing in the fields of sustainable development in accordance with national aspirations for research and innovation.
His Excellency explained that Imam University has implemented a special program to support and incubate university startups under the name of (Imam Cloud), which embraced (25) twenty-five projects during 2022, in addition to spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and economic and human development through many different courses, forums and workshops in this field, as well as participating in organizing and sponsoring some conferences on education and sustainable development, as well as the university's commitment to adopting policies and procedures that ensure the observance of sustainable development goals and their achievement in the fields Scientific, research and community service, as well as in the administrative, operational, technical and technical aspects, which confirms the university's interest in energy conservation projects, and working to sustain the Green University project to raise the quality of life in the university city.
He pointed out that these efforts have borne fruit - praise be to God - in the fields of sustainable development in the university's achievement of outstanding results and high indicators in international classifications related to sustainable development goals, the most important of which is the impact ranking (Impact Ranking) of the Times World Ranking, where the university was able to achieve all seventeen (17) goals, and to be among the list of the best (200) two hundred international universities in (7) seven different sustainable development goals, which confirms the university's firm commitment to addressing some of the most pressing challenges in In light of these achievements, it is worth mentioning some of the university's projects and initiatives that contributed to achieving this advanced classification in achieving the sustainable development goals.
His Excellency explained that Imam University initiated in the first goal (poverty eradication) to enable low-income students to complete their education through scholarship programs and financial aid, whether provided by the university directly or through its partnerships with donor companies and institutions, in addition to the free educational programs provided by the university's institutes outside the Kingdom, and the additional financial support it includes for students to help them bear the burdens and costs of studying, and the university is committed to providing support and care services to its students, such as consultations. Academic, career guidance, and skill guidance to help them succeed and move to the labor market efficiently and competently.
His Excellency pointed out that Imam University sought in the third goal of (good health and well-being) to build effective partnerships with local health institutions, and a number of partnerships with the relevant authorities, and the university also established a special unit for psychological care and social care for university employees and students to help them deal with the pressures of university life and personal challenges, which provides its services continuously in person or remotely while preserving the privacy of the beneficiaries, and the university has adopted an integrated system of knowledge, awareness and advisory programs. And educational in the health and other fields, in addition to supporting scientific research and health studies that contribute to improving health and well-being in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the world.
His Excellency pointed out that Imam University achieved in the fourth goal, which is related to quality education, the fifth place in the world, and its experience was praised locally, regionally and internationally for its efforts towards ensuring access to quality education for all, whether within the university city or as part of its broader mission to contribute to the global educational scene in line with the content of its goals, and the universality of its mission.
He pointed to the university's commitment to the quality of education through its comprehensive and diverse academic programs, which comply with national and international educational standards, and have academic accreditation from national and international accreditation organizations for existing programs, in addition to its focus on research and innovation, and contribute to the generation of new knowledge and progress in various disciplines, which strengthened the university's position and reputation as a center of academic excellence, as well as global cooperation with prestigious institutions and universities around the world, and strengthening these partnerships through knowledge exchange, Research integration, academic collaboration, cultural understanding, and enrichment of the educational experience for students and faculty alike, the university has also sought to provide high-quality inclusive education for all by creating an attractive and adapted learning environment that accommodates students with special needs, ensuring that everyone has equal access to and benefit from quality education, as well as active community participation through educational outreach programs, workshops and initiatives that promote lifelong learning and educational progress.
Dr. Al-Ameri stressed that Imam University has made great efforts in the fifth goal (gender equality) to empower women and enhance their role through a wide range of initiatives, which ensure equal opportunities and access to distinguished education for students in a wide range of academic disciplines, whether humanitarian, scientific or health, and enable them to continue their higher education in various fields, as well as involving them in events, events and activities witnessed by the university, and the university is proud of its educational and administrative staff who have shown Creativity in education, excellence in scientific research, and success in leadership positions at the university, the university also emphasizes raising community awareness of this goal through holding many workshops and conferences dealing with gender equality, including the recent conference on women's empowerment and their developmental role, which received the participation of more than 100 researchers.
Dr. Al-Ameri pointed out that Imam University realized in the sixteenth goal, which stipulates (peace, justice and strong institutions) since its inception that these principles are essential things on which the pillar of comprehensive development and the stability of society is based, and therefore it took the initiative to achieve this goal by strengthening the rule of law, and its keenness to excel in its scientific studies, and legal programs, which prepare graduates cognitively, and qualify them skillfully to contribute to achieving justice, and the university has also given research and studies in the field of peace, justice and governance. Its care through its research centers and specialized institutes. Due to the university's keenness to contribute to building strong institutions and responsible leaders, the university has sought to develop its employees by promoting the principle of ethical leadership, and instilling its organizational values and basic principles in them.
Because human rights are an essential pillar in promoting justice and peace, the university has been interested in human rights education in its programs and initiatives to contribute to raising the level of personal awareness, and empowering those interested in defending human rights in society, and in the field of civic participation, the university was keen to strengthen civil society institutions and promote peaceful coexistence, and encouraged its students to be active and responsible citizens in their communities. His Excellency indicated that Imam University, within the framework of its endeavor to achieve the seventeenth goal, which emphasizes (partnerships to achieve the goals), took the initiative to build bridges of local, regional and international cooperation with counterpart universities through partnerships with universities, research institutions and international organizations, which facilitate the exchange of knowledge, support joint research initiatives, and enhance international academic opportunities for students and faculty members. The university also developed the research, innovation and entrepreneurship system in cooperation with startup incubators and innovation centers to harness research capabilities and enable technology transfer policy to serve the goals of sustainable development, and the university also stressed the importance of community participation through awareness and education programs, knowledge exchange, and support for cooperative projects to achieve sustainable progress in the development of the local community, in a way that serves the goals of sustainable development at the national level, and the university's keenness to align its academic programs and scientific research with national development priorities. It has taken the initiative to cooperate with public and private sector institutions, and has actively participated in sustainable development projects and initiatives such as environmental sustainability programs and others.

In the presence of His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti, and His Excellency the President of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University signed an agreement to accredit 68 academic programs with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission on Wednesday morning, 1445/2/28 AH at Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri Hall in the University City in Riyadh. 
 
The agreement comes within the objectives of the strategic plan of Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, which seeks to achieve the highest standards in academic quality to keep pace with the rapid growth witnessed by the Kingdom in the field of education and its quality to bet on pioneering outputs that support the labor market with outstanding performance and high efficiency.

This agreement paves the way for enhancing efforts and directing them towards academic quality and accreditation, to embody the aspirations of the university and its employees to be among the leading universities in the field of academic quality locally and internationally. 
 
His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti, stressed that the large number of program accreditation agreement that we celebrate today at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University clearly reflects the belief of His Excellency the President of the University, its agents and all its employees in the importance of academic accreditation and its representation as a key tool in improving outputs, developing students' skills, supporting their creativity and innovations, and their active participation in economic, social and cultural development in the Kingdom, indicating that the expected impact of program accreditation is reflected on The quality of performance and the high levels of male and female students contribute to the growth of their skills, praising the university's keenness to strengthen its position locally, regionally and internationally to ensure global competition in the quality of education. 
 
Dr. Al-Sabti indicated that the authority signs today with the university the accreditation of 68 programs to join 25 accredited programs and two programs under procedure, pointing out that the university in this progress all its programs are eligible for accreditation, and thus be one of the most advanced universities in the process of academic accreditation. 
 
His Excellency said that the Commission is working to publish the accreditation cases of Saudi universities on the Authority's website and indicated that he is sure that Imam University will obtain academic accreditation as the first Saudi university to obtain it. 
 
For his part, His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, welcomed His Excellency the President of the Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment, Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti, at Al-Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, pointing out that the university in its strategic plan focused heavily on several goals, one of which is the improvement of the educational process and the improvement of educational outcomes, including the development of academic programs, whether for bachelor's, master's, doctorate, regular diploma and higher diploma. 
 
His Excellency stressed that the past year was a busy year in which the university was able to develop all its educational programs, as there were 130 programs according to the best methodologies that are compatible with Vision 2030. 
 
His Excellency pointed to the great responsibility in working to adopt these programs as soon as possible, adding that quality is an imperative option for university education institutions. 
 
The Vice President for Planning, Development and Quality, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheddi, explained that the university celebrates the signing of the programmatic accreditation with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission from various scientific, humanitarian and Sharia disciplines, in an effort by the university to improve the quality of its outputs to comply with the Saudi Vision 2030 AD and to move at confident steps to achieve the university's plan 2020-2025 AD, pointing out that the university achieves the highest levels of quality in its programs, believing in the importance of quality in achieving excellence and creativity and working that, with the support and follow-up of His Excellency The President of the University, who always works to improve the university's outputs and ensure innovation, development and creativity in the education environment. 
 
The university aims to achieve the highest standards in academic quality to keep pace with the rapid growth witnessed by the Kingdom in the field of education and its quality to bet on pioneering outputs that support the labor market with outstanding performance and high efficiency, noting that the university ranked fifth in the Arab world according to the Times classification for the year 2023. 
 
The Authority works in accordance with its mission and objectives, and in cooperation and integration with the Ministry of Education and Saudi universities, to contribute to raising the quality and efficiency of education and training to the highest international levels, which contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the objectives of the Human Capacity Development Program, which include targets for accreditation. 
 
The Authority stressed that obtaining academic accreditation from its "Etimad" Center requires the preparation of an accurate and comprehensive self-evaluation report by the educational institution or academic program for all aspects of scientific, administrative, service and other activities to determine its quality levels, based on the accreditation standards prepared by the Center, and stressed that the educational institution or academic program is subject to an external evaluation by an independent evaluation team to verify the validity of the results of the self-evaluation study, and to judge the levels of quality of performance according to For the center's standards.

Riyadh (UNA-OIC) – The Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) signed here on Sunday a memorandum of joint cooperation with Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University (IMSIU). 
The memorandum, which was signed by Acting IMCTC Secretary-General Maj. Gen. Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghedi and IMSIU President Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, falls within the joint cooperation between the coalition and Arab, Islamic and international organizations, centers and universities. 
Al-Moghedi stressed that the signing of this memorandum comes as part of strengthening the strategic partnership between the coalition and the university. It also reflects the local, regional and international leading role of IMCTC and IMSIU and their shared vision counter violent extremism, and combat terrorism and its source of funding.  
It is noteworthy that IMCTC is an alliance of 41 countries that work together to coordinate and multiply their efforts in the global fight against violent extremism and terrorism and to join other international security and peacekeeping efforts.

Saudi Education Minister Dr. Hamad Al-Sheikh on Sunday stressed the importance of “qualitative, flexible education” and finding ways to overcome challenges through “creative planning, resilience, and quick implementation.” 
Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amri, the rector of Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, said the institution had worked hard to improve program quality, get most programs accredited locally and internationally, and achieve Vision 2030 objectives aimed at raising the university's position in international rankings. 
It was recently listed in the top 200-300 in the world in the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings for the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2022. 
He told the conference that the institution continued to work hard during the pandemic and had achieved remarkable research results. The most notable was an increase in the number of publications last year.

Establishment of the Applied College  
The Applied College was established in 1405 AH under the name of the Deanship of the University Center for Community Service and Continuing Education. Since its inception, it has endeavored to promote and achieve one of the most important functions of the university by serving the community and its members at all levels and by meeting their various needs and interests.  
In 1441 AH, the Interim Committee for Higher Education, headed by His Excellency the Minister of Education, approved a new structure for Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, which included changing the name of the Deanship of the University Center for Community Service and Continuing Education to the College of Continuing Education and Community Service, to complete the college’s long history with a number of achievements, results, and educational programs Outstanding training.  
In the year 1442 AH, the University Affairs Council issued a decision No. 9/4/1442 dated 9/14/1442 AH, which included the transformation of community colleges, colleges of applied studies and community service colleges in universities to become all applied colleges. Transformation into an applied college in accordance with the executive decision plan and its accompanying formula. 
The college was able - praise be to God - during the previous period and since the date of its establishment until today, to gain the confidence of many of those enrolled in its programs and beneficiaries of its services from members of the community and its governmental and private institutions.

The Faculty of Continuing Education and Community Service was established in 1405 under the name of Deanship of the University Center for Community Service and Continuing Education. In its objectives, programs and community activities, the College is directly linked to the strategic themes and objectives of the University's plan, specifically in:

Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University announced the launch of its strategic plan 2021-2025, after developing its vision and mission to adapt to the aspirations of the good leadership and Saudi vision 2030
. 
This strategy seeks to provide outstanding academic programs and the production of qualitative research, through a stimulating environment, computerized management systems, advanced technology, sustainable resources and effective partnerships, in order to achieve competitive outcomes that meet the needs of the labor market, and contribute to building the national knowledge economy and community service. The university based its strategic plan on six main themes: 
1- Teaching, learning and defamation. 
Research, innovation and entrepreneurship. 
Partnerships and community responsibility. 
Institutional excellence. 
Financial sustainability.

His Excellency pointed out that the University - through this plan and strategic vision - will move to a new stage that meets the aspirations of the guardians of this blessed country, and contributes to the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030, as it meets the aspirations of its employees through progress and institutional excellence, transparency and strengthening moderation and moderation, building personality and promoting belonging and patriotism. It is worth to mention that, Dr. Ahmad Ad-Drawish, President of IIUI, had signed on behalf of IIUI and both of Dr. Waleed Al-Jandal, Dean of Deanship of Information Technology, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Salamy, Dean of Deanship of Institutes Affairs Abroad, had signed on behalf of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. 

The Islamic Military Coalition to Combat Terrorism signs a memorandum of cooperation with Imam Muhammad bin Saud University

The Islamic Military Coalition to Combat Terrorism signed today a memorandum of joint cooperation with Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University within the framework of joint cooperation between the alliance and Arab, Islamic and international organizations, centers and universities. 
 
The memorandum was signed by the Secretary-General in charge of the coalition, Major General Pilot Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Moghidi, and His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Amiri.  
 
Major General Al-Moghidi stressed that the signing of this memorandum comes within the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership between the coalition and the university, embodying the local, regional and international leadership role of the two parties in combating violent extremism and combating terrorism and its financ​ing, and to enhance the common vision between them. 
 
It is worth noting that the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition includes forty-one member states, working together to coordinate and intensify their efforts in the international war on violent extremism and terrorism and to join other international efforts aimed at maintaining international peace and security.
