The Deanship of Scientific Research at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, represented by the Vice Deanship of Cultural Affairs, organized on Monday and Tuesday 29-30 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440H corresponding to February 4-5, 2019 AD a training course entitled "Preparation of scientific papers for publication in distinguished journals" presented by Prof. Dr. Salah Ahmed Makhlouf.
This course comes within the framework of the Deanship's interim plan to implement a number of training programs related to scientific research, where this course sought to develop the knowledge and potential of professors, lecturers and assistants in the field of scientific research.
The course was divided into two days: on the first day, the course dealt with the concept of global publishing and its importance, reading the status of international publishing at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and showed the quality standards of research papers and the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), as well as clarifying the types and elements of the scientific paper and how to prepare it.
The second day dealt with the mechanism of publishing in prestigious journals and proposals to support publishing opportunities in them, and then the trainees applied the practice.
The course was well received by the trainees for its scientific and practical usefulness in global publishing.

Hence, this objective research was in the Holy Qur'an, which is based on the collection of verses that dealt with the subject of (perish) and the study of them in the Qur'an.
I made its title: (Semantics, Uses and Methods of the Substance of Hulk in the Holy Qur'an) in which I trace the word, its derivations, synonyms, and opposites, and study its connotations and uses and deal with it according to its appearance in the Holy Qur'an. Allah is the Guardian of Success.

Summary: The miracle of the Holy Qur'an was not limited to one direction, but its miracle included all aspects, including the greatness of the graphic expression, which was the most prominent area of miracle in it when it descended on our Prophet Muhammad, because the Arabs at that time were people of eloquence and eloquence, and they reached the highest levels of disclosure and statement, so the Holy Qur'an, with its graphic and expressive miracle, was amazing for them, as it exceeded them by long and wide stages, and they did not find a way to keep up with it.
The truth is that the theorizing of such issues has been stabilized, known and famous, and if we Muslims believe in the miracle of the rhetorical Qur'an, others need applied studies to confirm the validity of this, and even many Muslims today recite these suras in their prayers and scientific councils, but they do not realize how the rhetorical miracle happened, and from what ways the wise male surpassed the words of humans, and why did these verses amaze the Arabs and they were unable to come up with them?
Because of the importance of enlightening Muslims on this important issue, came this research, which tries to stand on the aesthetics of proportionality in the part (the atoms), seeking to reveal a glimpse of the features of this eloquence, and a manifestation of this miracle, by touching the aesthetics of proportionality between the wall of this part, and the close relationship that organizes the scenes of its dignified surah. I chose this part precisely because of the lack of studies in it, and the suras of this part of the suras are characterized by remarkable compositional and rhythmic richness, as they are dominated by fresh Qur'anic separations, hidden rhythms, and balanced compositions, which makes revealing the aesthetics of the proportionality between the suras and their scenes extremely important.

His Excellency the President of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, sponsored on Monday morning, 26 Rabi' al-Awwal 1443 AH, the ceremony of the Research Excellence Award in its twelfth session and the granting of incentives for excellence in the field of global publishing in its ninth session in the Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri Hall for Men and King Abdullah City for Women Students.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and then the screening of a documentary film reviewing the march of the award and incentives, then the Undersecretary of the Deanship of Scientific Research for Research Chairs Dr. Ali bin Abdullah Al-Qarni delivered a speech in which he explained the keenness of Imam University to improve the scientific research environment at the university and develop the research capabilities of its employees in a way that enhances the quality of production and dissemination of research in quantity and quality and work on the continuous development of its strategic plans in the field of scientific research, in pursuit of achieving one of the objectives of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 represented in Enhancing the status of Saudi universities and classifying them regionally and internationally, and achieving the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence in the performance of the government work system, to keep pace with the aspirations of the wise leadership and the Saudi society and in line with the national priorities aimed at enhancing the knowledge economy and achieving sustainable community development.
Dr. Al-Qarni added that the Deanship of Scientific Research through the University's strategic plan 21-25 was keen to upgrade the scientific research system, through the automation of its services provided to the employees of the University, the expansion of support programs and research funding, the development of a number of research services supporting researchers, the rehabilitation of research laboratories and research centers, the provision of high-quality specialized research training for faculty members and university students, and the building of quality research partnerships locally and internationally, in an effort to create a stimulating and supportive environment for scientific research, and to enhance capabilities. The Council is formed of:

5) Responsibilities:
- Suggest an annual research plan in the college, and prepare the necessary budget project.
- Prepare estimated budget of the center including spending on the college different scientific research expenditures: Financing projects, scientific publication, scientific programs, and submitting it to the Scientific Research Deanship.
- Activate the strategic plan of scientific research at the college.
- Organize activities serving scientific research at the college, such as lectures and seminars.
- Provide advice to researchers and learners about methodologies of scientific research.
- Receive faculty applications for project financing and study them regarding scientific content, modernity, and creativity. Moreover, ensuring completion of their organizational frame, suggest referees, and submit recommendations through confidential means to the scientific research dean.
- Study research projects applied by parties outside the university, and select researchers and follow up implementation, and suggest allowances according to ruling regulations.
- Suggest publication of scientific theses, cultural stylistic and scientific books, etc. and submit them to the scientific research deanship council.
- Prepare the annual report about the center's activities and programs.
- Prepare the database of center-financed projects, and published scientific output of the center.

The decision of the council of higher education no. 15/45/1428 h was issued with the approval of the custodian of the two holy mosques with the directive of the holy telegraph no. 3030 /b and the date of 1428/3/23 ah by agreeing to the establishment of the center for contemporary islamic studies and the dialogue of civilizations at imam mohammed bin saud islamic university.

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Ameri, a ceremony was held on Tuesday, 11 Shaaban 1440 AH, the ceremony of the Research Excellence Award for the academic year 1439-1440 AH in its tenth session, and the granting of incentives to the Global Publishing Program in its seventh session.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and then the screening of a documentary film reviewing the progress of the award and incentives, after which the Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Muqaddim, delivered a speech in which he explained the keenness of the university to play its role in paying attention to scientific research, and providing all means that contribute to the development of research capabilities of university employees and other interested parties, and to emphasize the university's continued care for scientific research and its quest to upgrade the capabilities of faculty members, and contribute to the movement of scientific research at the university.
The ceremony celebrated the world's excellence as more than 130 researchers were given incentives to publish papers listed in the Science Network. Among those eligible for the incentives were university staff who were scholarship assistants and lecturers, as well as graduate students at the university who were master's and doctoral students.
In order to obtain incentives, it is required to publish in refereed scientific journals or conferences listed in the Web of Science, and that the name of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University be written on the research as one of the entities to which the researcher belongs. It should be noted that the scholarship holder can write the name of Imam University along with the name of the university where the scholarship student is studying as the university is the financier of the scholarship in his studies.
Note that the scholarship, graduate students and researchers from the university can receive bonuses of up to 40 thousand riyals per course, and the estimate of the reward depends on the ranking of the scientific journal in which the scientific work was published, compared to other journals classified by the Web of Science Network.
The Deanship of Scientific Research is pleased to invite the scholarship recipients to apply for incentives by the beginning of the next academic year, which will be announced in due course hopefully.
In his speech, His Excellency the Rector stressed that scientific research is one of the main axes of the university, and that any university that is not interested in scientific research cannot be a distinguished university and cannot be pioneered, and will not be in the ranks of international universities, stressing that scientific research this year has jumped a qualitative leap compared to previous years.
